Your child will get so much from school this year, but learning outside of school is also important. Daily reading at home with you really makes a difference in your child’s feelings about books and learning, and reading wil help ensure school success. Reading together is the perfect quality time!

 

Scholastic Book Club is an easy and affordable way to support your child’s learning with high quality books. Best of all, we earn a FREE book for the classroom library every time a parent places an order online.

 

Book order flyers will be sent monthly in your child’s red communication folder. There will be a due date when orders need to be submitted by. You may place your Scholastic Book Club orders online. You can choose from a much wider selection of books than in the printed flyer.

 

If you would like to order online, the directions are below. (Of course you can always send in the printed flyer with your child) There are a few advantages to ordering online; you will find a wider selection of books than in the printed flyers, and you can send your orders directly to me online and use your credit card to pay.
 

Here’s how it works:

 

• Sign up at www.scholastic.com/bookclubs. On the parent page, click the "Register" button in the "First Time Here?" section. Register for your own user name and password. When prompted enter the one-time class activation code shown below. This code ensures that your older is sent to me. Class Activation Code: MTQJD
   

• Select the books you’d like to order from 500 titles available online and take advantage of online-only specials and discounts.
   

• Send your order to me by the due date. Books will be delivered directly to our school and sent home with your child. Ordering online is fast, easy, and secure.
